If i hadn’t said (through the forum):
maybe they’re saying “If you’re not satisfied, just don’t use it and go to a service that supports them.”

would have made me think it as a polite answer and thanked it. But it seems that my words were right in a sense. I don’t mean to be PIA as a customer(user?) but I think this is beyond what a service might treat one. Being free might not be an excuse. Following is the original post:
It’s not that i don’t appreciate their effort developing a free service (which would eventually show a positive effect to their company). It’s about how interactions are done with a customer.
